Who We Are

The Ocean Acoustics Laboratory is part of the Physical Ocean Science Engineering in the College Of Marine and Earth Studies at the University Of Delaware.
What We Are Doing

The Ocean Acoustic Laboratory (OAL) conducts research and educational programs in acoustic/seismic wave propagating in ocean including the sea-surface, the sea-bottom, and the ocean volume. The main focus of this program is to develop acoustic/seismic wave modeling and inversion methods and accurate and efficient computational methods for experimental data processing, primarily for application to Office of Naval Research and Civil purposes.
